I’m Lynn Fern, a sports photographer passionate about capturing more than the action; I want my images to tell the story of the game.


I’ve spent years freelancing with Army West Point Athletics, while also covering collegiate and high school sports for other schools and organizations. My experience spans everything from regular-season competition and championship events to media days, recruiting sessions, athlete portraits, and major collegiate sporting events, including the Army-Navy Game and Patriot League championship coverage.


I thrive in the fast pace of live sports, anticipating moments, capturing emotion while selecting, editing, and transmitting images during the game for immediate use.


Just as important are the relationships I build with coaches, staff, and athletes.
